We want to assist you with your enqiry and we hope that we can do this as quickly and efficiently as possible .

Plas Heli is a voluntary organisation and we all give our time freely and without renumeration. This volunteer team enables Plas Heli to operate to keep costs to a minimum and consequently keep our fees to all customers as low as possible.

Although we are all volunteers we aim to attend to any reqest quickly and efficiently but please remember that we are all volunteers!

Our hours of volunteering work may not coincide with your work day/week so you will offten find that our response is outside the usual hours of a working day.

If you do not get an immediate response please be patient, we will attend at the earliest possible opportunity.
