TheCrane Operator - Person in Charge of the Lift

The crane operator must be trained by Plas Heli, be on the 'Plas Heli Register of Approved Crane Operators', and authorised to use the crane. Please provide the name of your appointed crane operator in this section.

Strops and Shackles

Personally owned accessory lifting equipment such as strops and shackles can only be used if they are in certification and are itemised on the Plas Heli lifting strop and rigging register.

They must be submitted for inspection 10 days prior to usage. They should only be chain strops and inspected prior to use.
