Use this form to pay for an authorised user permit or to pay for a dailiy use of Cei Heli (Plas Heli Quayside) Parking area.

Your payment is gratefully received by Plas Heli Cyf, the operating company of the Welsh National Sailing Academy and Event Centre, a not for profit distributing community enterprise - all surpluses are applied to running and improving the facility for everyone’s benefit.

Any vehicle parking without authority will be fined £50 for every day. CCTV in operation on site.
