Service Reminder: Biomass Boiler Maintenance – 02.04.26

This is a reminder that your biomass boiler is scheduled for servicing on 02.11.2026

Please ensure the following in advance of our visit:

• Turn off the boiler at least 36 to 48 hours before our arrival.
• Once safe, open the boiler door and rake out the ash.
• Leave the combustion chamber door open with the flue fan running.
• Restrict access to boiler room if needed

⚠️ Important:
If the boiler is still operating or too hot when we arrive, we will be unable to carry out the service. This may result in additional charges or the need to reschedule.

If you need to postpone the appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday in all three training rooms during  the Autumn, Spring and Summer Terms (apart from school holiday times).
